Job Function
As a Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Some of the general responsibilities of the manager role include but are not limited to:
Business Development; Generate new business opportunities by participating in market facing activities and developing thought leadership materials, hosting roundtables and webinars, speaking events at conferences, attending conferences, and drafting proposals.
Lead operational and IT audits, technology, and cybersecurity risk projects, as well as Attest engagements at clients within various industries; and Helping build the practice by coaching staff, building methodologies and standard proposals.

Qualifications
Professional qualifications and skills for this management level include but are not limited to:
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple audits or engagements
- Ability to interpret the impact and requirements of new laws and regulations
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and speaking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PC software and applications
- Professional Certifications such as CPA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, etc.
- Experience in audit or consulting preferred
- Ability to commute to client site and availability for up to 25% overnight travel as needed
Education
- 3-7 years of professional services experience; some financial services experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MIS, or related field
